Confidentiality is a core part of how I work. Every client relationship begins with a clear contract outlining responsibilities, boundaries, and how your information is protected. I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO ZC116582), which means I follow recognised standards for data handling and privacy.
Your documents, messages, and business details are managed securely and only ever accessed for the tasks you’ve assign to me to complete. Trust is built through transparency, reliability, and consistent communication, so you always feel confident that your business is in safe, professional hands.
What happens when you go on holiday?
I plan ahead, communicating with you early. Automate as much as possible, for example scheduling emails or mailshots, preparing invoices and completing projects in advance. I provide a full handover of anything urgent to expect while I am away. If necessary, I have access to a small trusted network of fellow Virtual Assistants. With your agreement, any urgent tasks could be handled by them to ensure things keep running seamlessly.
What if I’m worried about letting go of control?
It’s natural to feel that way when you’ve been doing everything yourself. My approach is transparent and at a pace that feels right for you. I will keep you updated, check in when needed, and make sure you feel confident about how tasks are being handled. You stay in control at every step, over time letting go will feel easier as you see the quality, care and consistency brought to your work.
